The project of a 3+KK apartment in a new development in Zlín was created for a young couple who prefer light tones, airiness and a modern, pleasantly minimalist style. The interior was designed to appear open, harmonious and offer enough space for shared moments and individual relaxation. The main motif of the entire apartment is working with light - both natural and artificial. The light color palette, a combination of soft neutral shades and natural materials create a calm and pleasant environment that matches the lifestyle of the owners. Fine wooden details and textures add a warm and cozy character to the interior without disturbing its modern elegant expression. The living area with the kitchen forms the heart of the apartment. It is designed as a multifunctional and naturally connected unit that supports spending time together, but at the same time allows for comfortable everyday functioning. The bedroom and the second room maintain the same bright and calming concept, complemented by functional storage solutions and elements that support a personal atmosphere. The result is a modern, fresh and timeless home that reflects the young couple's preference for lightness, naturalness and aesthetically pure style.
