The project of the reconstruction of a panel apartment from 1970 in Brno was created for a young couple who wanted to transform an older space into a modern, fresh and functional home. The aim of the reconstruction was to preserve the practical layout of the apartment, but at the same time significantly increase the comfort, lightness and aesthetic quality of the interior. The interior is designed in a modern style with soft neutral tones that optically lighten the space and give it airiness. Carefully selected materials, high-quality surfaces and minimalist design underline the contemporary character of the apartment, while respecting the original structure of the panel house. The emphasis was placed on an open and connected living space with a kitchen, which supports the couple's life together and at the same time allows for comfortable everyday functioning. The bedroom and other rooms maintain a calm and harmonious atmosphere that matches the bright and modern concept of the entire apartment. The result is a modern and timeless home that combines functionality, aesthetics and comfort, adapted to the lifestyle of the young couple.
